Welcome to Chockywockydoodah! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our personalised chocolate gifts and greetings cards. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Personalisation

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
For personalised chocolate gifts, you are responsible for providing accurate text, images, or design details. A proof will be sent to you for checking. Once agreed, your order will go into production and any further changes will incur a 50% fee.
We reserve the right to refuse any customisation request that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content other than the designs we already offer.

We do not offer copyrighted images as part of our personalisation service. We are not able to offer designs which incorporate (for example, but not exclusive of) Disney, Pixar, Harley Davidson.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and may be subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if products are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival. Goods must be returned to us at your expense.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 3 days of delivery with order details and photos.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our chocolates may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, or other allergens. All ingredients and allergy information is printed on our packaging for your guidance.
It is your responsibility to check ingredient information and inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, packaging, and website content remain the property of Chockywockydoodah.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
